Following our 2018 Leadership Summit where we unveiled our Company Purpose Statement, Furnishing Life’s Best Memories, we began the process of Be It, Do It, Say It, by forming a Purpose Activation Committee. The Purpose Activation Committee, or PAC, is comprised of a diverse set of team members who volunteer to meet weekly, study the topic of Purpose, and commit to helping Broad River Retail embed Purpose into our culture daily.

The PAC has focused on educating themselves, becoming students of Purpose, doing Purpose activities together, leading from Purpose,and creating opportunities to take Purpose into every corner of our company.
